Minnesota is a top-five happiest state in the country.  WalletHub says Minnesota is the third-happiest state in the U.S.  In individual categories WalletHub says Minnesota has the fifth-best volunteer rate, is the fourth-safest, has the second-best adequate sleep rate, and the second-best work environment.  WalletHub says the happiest state in the U.S. is Hawaii and the least happy is West Virginia.
