2026 Bethany Lutheran Commencement Scheduled
The Bethany Lutheran College (BLC) Class of 2026 will receive their diplomas at the Spring Commencement Ceremony on Friday, May 8 at 10:30 a.m.
The Class of 2026 includes 115 baccalaureate graduates along with nine master’s degree candidates. Due to the size of the graduating class, the Spring 2026 Commencement Ceremony will be held off campus at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center in downtown Mankato.
Members of the graduating class represent a wide geographic range, including students from across the United States and several countries around the world, reflecting Bethany’s growing national and international reach.
Graduates will be recognized for their academic achievements, including those earning highest honors, as part of the ceremony.
The 2026 commencement speaker is Judge Paul Gunderson, a 2007 BLC graduate who currently serves in Minnesota’s Fifth Judicial District. Joining Gunderson on the commencement stage will be Dr. Gene Pfeifer, President of Bethany Lutheran College; Dr. Jason Lowrey, Vice President of Academic Affairs; Rev. Donald Moldstad, College Chaplain; and Rev. David Thompson, Vice Chair of the Bethany Board of Regents.
