For the 10th year, South Central College (SCC) will honor new students pursuing a career and technical (CTE) program at National CTE Letter of Intent Signing Day. Established by the National Coalition of Certificate Center (NC3), the annual national event pays tribute to those pursuing an education leading to a career in an in-demand field.

South Central College’s 10th Annual National CTE Letter of Intent Signing Day will be held at the college’s Faribault Campus on Tuesday, March 4 and North Mankato Campus on Thursday, March 6. Each event includes a Signing Ceremony, where students sign a letter of intent to hold their place in their chosen program.

All participants will be eligible to receive a scholarship of $500 or more from the South Central College Foundation, with some participants receiving a Minnesota State Workforce Development Scholarship of up to $2,500.

South Central College offers over 40 CTE programs in agriculture, arts and information technology, building and design, business, health sciences, human services and education, manufacturing and transportation.
