Blue Earth County Recognizes National County Government Month in April

Blue Earth County, along with other counties across the nation, will celebrate National County Government Month (NCGM) during the month of April.  National County Government Month (NCGM), held each April, is an annual celebration of county government.  

National County Government Month is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the dedicated staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our community thrives. These individuals are the backbone of county government, consistently providing essential services, fostering innovation, and making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.  

“Blue Earth County is proud of the programs and services we provide to our residents,” said Board Chair Kip Bruender. “Whether it’s maintaining infrastructure, delivering public safety, or supporting vital programs, their hard work and commitment should be commended.”
