North Mankato Man Charged with Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material
An investigation conducted by the North Mankato Police Department has ended with the charging of Justin Wade Kozitza, age 48, of North Mankato with ten (10) counts of felony possession of pornographic work involving a minor.
The investigation began in early March when investigators were contacted by a witness who advised that suspected child sexual abuse material was found on Kozitza’s cell phone. Investigators seized the cell phone, and a search warrant was obtained. Upon searching the phone investigators found ten (10) videos/images of child sexual abuse material.
Kozitza was taken into custody and remains in custody at the Nicollet County Jail.
