Minnesota Hockey Community Mourns Passing of Longtime Wild Reporter Jessi Pierce

The Minnesota hockey community is mourning longtime Wild reporter Jessi Pierce and three kids. The four family members died in a house fire in White Bear Lake on Saturday. Pierce spent more than a decade covering the NHL, most notably as a Wild beat writer. She wrote for NHL.com and contributed to local outlets. The National Hockey League called Pierce a valued member of the NHL.com team for a decade who will be terribly missed.
