Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office and MN River Valley Drug Task Force Search Warrant Leads to Seizure of Multiple Firearms and Conversion Components

On 08-26-26 deputies with the Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office, agents with the MN River Valley Drug Task Force, agents with the MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, and Homeland Security investigators conducted a joint investigation into illegal firearm components delivered to a residence on the 100 block of North Agency Street in Eagle Lake.

A search warrant was executed and multiple firearms and components used to convert pistols from semi-automatic to fully automatic were recovered in the possession of 18-year-old Daniel Russell Chevre Jr. Chevre Jr. was arrested and remains in the Blue Earth County Jail pending formal charges.

Three additional family members including 37-year-old Cassandra Lynn LeTourneau, 55-year-old Todd Richard Wyberala, and 62-year-old Christine Joanne Pinc were arrested for drug-related offenses and also remain in the Blue Earth County Jail.
The incident remains under investigation with no additional information available.
