(Minneapolis, MN) — The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is searching for a man convicted of second-degree murderer. Authorities say 58-year-old Ralph Apmann failed to show up for his Cottonwood County murder trial. Officials say Apmann was out on bail and may be armed.
