Blue Earth County Hosting County Road 9 Bridge Replacement Open House
Blue Earth County is replacing the County Road 9 bridge that formerly crossed over the Blue Earth River near the Rapidan Dam in Rapidan Township, MN.
The public is invited to an open house from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at the Blue Earth County Historic Courthouse located at 204 S 5th Street in Mankato. The purpose of the open house is to share the planning work done so far and solicit comments from the public. This is a drop-in event; you are welcome to stop by at any point during the scheduled time as there is no formal presentation.

This open house is to discuss the bridge replacement project. The future of the Rapidan Dam will be addressed at a future event.
