Buffalo Lake Man Suffers Serious Injuries in Motorcycle Accident Monday

On September 15th, 2025 at approximately 1:00 a.m. the Sibley County Sheriff’s Office responded to an incident in Grafton Township involving a single motorcycle accident near the intersection of 621st Avenue and 190th Street. The driver, Corey Jacobs (33) of Buffalo Lake, MN, was traveling northbound on 621st Avenue on a motorcycle when it veered off of the roadway striking a road sign in the south ditch. Jacobs sustained severe injuries and was transported from the scene for further medical attention. This incident is an ongoing investigation.
