City of St. James Hosting Highway District Expansion Informational meeting August 27th

The City of St. James is hosting an open house on Wednesday, August 27^th from 5:00pm – 6:00pm at City Hall to share project information and gather input from property owners on the proposed Highway District Expansion. The proposed project primarily includes construction of 12^th Ave S and a proposed stormwater pond.

City staff would like to receive input and comments from the public about the project. The proposed project consists of 11 additional lots in the Highway district.

Property owners and interested residents are welcome to stop in at their convenience between 5:00pm and 6:00pm at the St. James City Hall in the Meeting Room. All are welcome to review the project layout and discuss any specific questions or concerns with city staff.

The City Council will make the final decision on proceeding with the construction of this project.
