Community Notification Meeting Online

A recorded community notification meeting, hosted by the Mankato Department of Public Safety and the Minnesota Department of Corrections, is available online. The meeting informs the public that Dwayne Qutez Irving, a level three predatory offender, is scheduled to be released from jail on Friday, Oct 28. He will be released in Mankato and has no known residence.
