Fugitive Convicted Of Murder Found Dead In Minneapolis
(Minneapolis, MN) — The search for a murder convict on the run is over after he was found dead in Minneapolis. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says Ralph Apmann was discovered Friday night in Boom Island Park. The 58-year-old failed to appear in court for his murder trial on February 13th. He was convicted in absentia the next day of second-degree unintentional murder in the death of Juan Rivera outside the Phat Pheasant Pub In Windom in August 2021. Officials haven’t yet released how Apmann died.
