Home Sales Fluctuating Across The State

Home sales continue to fluctuate across the state:

“We’ve got some areas in the Northwest that are doing well and in the southwest that are doing well, they’re tracking right along. They did not see the big increases that the metropolitan areas from St. Cloud through the Twin Cities down into Rochester. Even a little bit of Mankato market, those areas saw the biggest increases, and then the lakes areas, the lake properties are still doing well. But there just isn’t any of them out there. So that’s hurting transactions.”
