Mankato Area Public Schools Hosting Event Highlighting Focus Schools October 7th
Mankato Area Public Schools (MAPS), in partnership with MAPS Early Learning and MAPS Community Education, will host a community event on Monday, October 7, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at 15 Map Drive, Mankato, MN 56001. The event is free and open to the public.
Families are encouraged to attend and discover what makes MAPS focus schools special, while also receiving guidance on kindergarten registration, preschool, and other essential programs.
Event Highlights Include:
- Preschool programs through MAPS Early Learning
- Community Education and Early Childhood Family Education programs for children from birth through grade 5
- Information on the ACES after school care program for K–5 students
- An introduction to MAPS’ K–5 focus schools and their unique programs
- Guidance on kindergarten registration and enrollment
- A chance to connect with staff and ask questions directly
- Tours of Center for Learning for prospective families
