Minnesota Supreme Court Set To Hear Arguments On Courtroom Camera Expansion

(St. Paul, MN)  —  The Minnesota Supreme Court is set to hear arguments on the possible expansion of courtroom camera use.  Arguments will get underway Tuesday with advocates supporting permanent spaces for cameras in courtrooms.  An advisory committee is recommending the court continue to keep cameras out, making few exceptions.  The advisory board is made up of Minnesota judges, attorneys, and court personnel.
