Notice of Availability for North Mankato Industrial Draft Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR)

As the Responsible Governmental Unit (RGU), the city of North Mankato has prepared a draft Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) for the North Mankato Industrial development. The notice of document availability will be published in the EQB Monitor on April 8, 2025.

The AUAR study area encompasses approximately 678-acres on 16 parcels located within parcels north and south of 520th Street and west of US 14. The two development scenarios proposed are 4 million square feet of technology park use and 4 million square feet of office/warehouse use.

The City will accept public comments on the AUAR through May 8, 2025 at 4:00 PM, directed to:
