Top Seed Mankato American (East) beat 8^th seed Waseca 8-3, 3^rd seed Mankato National (West) beat 6^th seed Northfield 15-4. Mankato American will face 5^th seed New Ulm Gold at 1 today at Johnson Park. Mankato National will take on 2^nd seed Marshall at 2 today at Miller Park.   Win or lose both teams will play a 2^nd game today

Junior American Legion Baseball Substate 6, Mankato American vs Mankato National was rained out last night, the two teams will beat in the opening round at 9 this morning at ISG Field

The Mankato Moondogs game against Thunder Bay was rained out last night, and will not be made up.   The Dogs will try to make it 7 wins in a row when they host Bismark at 6:35 tonight. The Moondogs are in first place in the Great Plains West Division at 12-7 with a 1 game lead over the Bad Land Big Sticks.
