(St. Paul, MN)  –  St. Paul Police identify the victims in a shooting that happened after a celebration of life event. Troy Kennedy and Larry “Chef Hot Hands” Jiles Jr. were killed Saturday night outside Kings Crossing. Three others were injured in the shooting.
