St. Peter Man Facing Child Porn Charges, Accused Of Grooming Teen

(St. Peter, MN)  —  A St. Peter man accused of having child porn is now accused of grooming a teenager for sex.  John Swan was charged with ten child porn counts on Monday, then later charged with soliciting a child and engaging in electronic sexual communication with a child.  Swan’s accused of having hundreds of images of child porn in a Drop Box, and asking a 14-year-old girl for sex.
