Student ID’d In Fatal Harding High Stabbing

(St. Paul, MN)  —  The Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office identifies the teen who was fatally stabbed at Harding High School as 15-year-old Devin Scott.  Another student was taken into custody, though no charges have been filed.  It was Scott’s first day at Harding High.
