Trump endorses Crockett for MN Secretary of State,

Former President Donald Trump today (Tues) endorsed Republican secretary of state candidate Kim Crockett, saying in a “Truth Social” post that election fraud is rampant in Minnesota and “Kim will get to the bottom of that.”  Minnesota Democratic Party Chairman Ken Martin responds Trump and Crockett are “two peas of the same pod” with “crazy conspiracy theories” that the 2020 election was stolen:

“This’ll probably backfire on her more than help her.  Minnesotans soundly rejected Donald Trump, both in ’16 and then again in ’20.  I don’t think his endorsement’s gonna deliver much to her.  In fact, I think it’s gonna hurt her.”

The Crockett campaign has not yet responded to a request for comment.
