U of M Offering Healthy Aging Month programming in September

As more Americans reach older adulthood, the importance of supporting lifelong health and wellbeing continues to grow. Each September, Healthy Aging Month shines a spotlight on the opportunities that come with aging and encourages people to take steps toward a vibrant, fulfilling life. Healthy aging recognizes the value of nurturing physical, emotional, social, financial, and spiritual wellness at every stage.

The University of Minnesota Extension Department of Family, Health and Wellbeing invites anyone who is aging and those who support older adults to visit z.umn.edu/HAM2025

to access resources and register for one or more of the sixteen free webinars covering topics such as:

  • The future of rural housing supply
