Winthrop Driver Hospitalized in Two Vehicle Crash Monday

A driver was hospitalized after a two vehicle crash Monday. The crash occurred on Monday at 3:3 PM on Highway 19 and 501st Avenue in Transit Township. A 2019 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Stephanie Lynn Fehring of Winthrop was traveling Westbound on Highway 19. A 2017 Chevy Malibu driven by a juvenile was also traveling Westbound on Highway 19 when the vehicles collided near 501st Avenue. Fehring was transported to Ridgeview Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Assisting at the scene were the Sibley County Sheriff’s Office, Gaylord Police Department, Gaylord EMS and Winthrop EMS.
