Niesen’s Riverside Sports Bar Victim of Weekend Break In
Niesen’s Riverside Sports Bar in St. Peter was broken into and vandalized over the weekend. In a post on their Facebook page, Niesen’s documented the scope of the damages:
“Dear valued customers!
We need your help! Sometime between 6:30pm Saturday and 3:00pm Sunday afternoon someone broke in. They ended up doing a significant amount of damage to the interior of our building. It’s not we needed more at this time. They cut all of our water lines off to get to the copper piping. They also ended up destroying our cash machine into multiple pieces. Along with all of our control panels. Please look at the pictures below and if you know anything please contact Le Sueur county sheriff department! (507)357-4440
Thank you again! We miss you all! As soon as we know something we will share our plans on the reopening!”
Niesen’s Riverside Sports Bar is still recovering from a fire that occurred in May.
