On July 2, 2025, agents with the Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force arrested Johnathan David Rosillo, age 44, following a traffic stop in which he was found in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine consistent with a first-degree controlled substance offense. During the traffic stop, Rosillo obstructed law enforcement with force and was uncooperative throughout the encounter. Charges related to obstruction will be requested and added to his charging documents.

Rosillo is currently out on bail for a separate first-degree controlled substance charge stemming from a search warrant executed at his residence in late 2022. He also faces a fifth-degree controlled substance charge from another search warrant in 2023. Both of those warrants, along
with Wednesday’s arrest, are part of separate investigations involving Rosillo and his ongoing involvement in controlled substance distribution.
Wednesday’s arrest adds two additional serious felony charges: first-degree possession and first degree sales of a controlled substance. Also arrested during Wednesday’s stop was Jessica Bridget Rosillo, who was taken into custody in connection with the ongoing investigation.

The Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force works tirelessly to protect our communities from the dangers of illegal drug activity. Agents remain committed to holding repeat offenders accountable and ensuring those who continue to endanger public safety face the full weight of
the law.

This work would not have been possible without the ongoing support and assistance of our partner agencies. The Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force wishes to thank the Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office, Mankato Department of Public Safety, Minnesota State Patrol, and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources for their help during today’s arrest operation.
