Mankato Area Public Schools invites the community to journey deep into space at the Mankato East High School Planetarium. On Friday, June 20, the Planetarium will present Black Holes—a free, family-friendly event exploring one of the most fascinating and mysterious features of our universe.

Attendees will learn about black holes—what they are, how they form, and the role they play in the cosmos. The program will also explore some of the biggest questions in space science, including whether black holes could one day help us reach distant galaxies.
