Mankato’s Historic Post Office included in Nationwide recognition of Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day

Thursday, October 13th is Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day. In a Nationwide effort to raise awareness, historic landmarks will illuminate in green, teal, and pink. Mankato’s Historic Post Office Building will illuminate on Thursday evening. Local efforts are being organized by friends and family of Jessica Reedstrom. Jessica is a Mankato woman who lost her battle with MBC in May at the age of 35. The community is invited to a lighting ceremony and a candlelight memorial service will be held at Jackson Street Park.
