Most people are hitting the road this Thanksgiving
Plan ahead and pack your patience, whether you’re driving or flying over Thanksgiving. Meredith Mitts is with Triple-A Minnesota:
“We are predicting about 54 point 6 million Americans to travel 50 miles or more from home this is the third busiest thanksgiving for travel since we started tracking in 2000 the two Thanksgivings that are ahead of this would be in 2005 and then 2019 just pre-pandemic.”
Despite higher gas prices, 89 percent of all Thanksgiving travelers will hit the road to their destination this year.
