Structure Fire in Blue Earth County
Emergency Services in Blue Earth County responded to a structure fire at a business south of Mankato near Southbend Township called Alumaice LLC on 208th Lane. Southbend Fire Department responded and tore down the wall on the backside of the building at about 4 p.m. They requested assistance from North Mankato and Lake Crystal Fire Departments for extra personnel and equipment. BENCO cut power to the building. The fire was extinguished by just before 5:45 p.m. And the scene was cleard by 6:15.
